Happy Star Wars Day! Clouded the future is, mmm? The last time I was here, I was beginning a Star Wars marathon leading up to the debut of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Now I’m doing it again, this time in celebration of Star Wars Day on May the Fourth! Join me, and together we can save the galaxy!
Clouded the future is, mmm? The last time I was here, I was beginning a Star Wars marathon leading up to the debut of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. I watched every major theatrical release, in addition to The Clone Wars animated movie. I would have liked to have reviewed all the movies as I went along, but seeing that I was pressed for time, I didn’t make any promises and was careful not to choke on my aspirations (like I regrettably did with the Rambo series). I ended up watching The Rise of Skywalker three times during its theatrical run, and I’d love to share my thoughts about it, but I think I’d rather save it for a review, and I’ll probably need to write a spoiler blog too.
Seeing as the entire Star Wars saga is now available for streaming on Disney+ in honor of May the Fourth, I’ve decided to do another marathon. This time, however, I’ll be watching in a much less complicated order. I’m going to start with the original trilogy, followed by the prequel trilogy, the sequel trilogy, and then the spin-off films, as well as The Mandalorian (which I only ever watched half of). Seeing as I’m not racing against the clock over an impending release this time around, not to mention the fact that we’re in Coronavirus quarantine, I’m going to take my time with watching them while working on written reviews as well. I apologize for my absence all this time, and I aim to get the balance restored in this website, and maybe hopefully the galaxy some time later on. Thanks for reading! Happy Star Wars Day, and as always, May the Force be with you!
